Buyer FAQ & Care Tips

Are items returnable? All sales are final. Because each item is unique and consigned by an individual seller, we cannot accept returns. Please review the photos, descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If the item isn’t right, you’re welcome to consign it with us.

Are items authentic? Yes. Our consignment agreement requires consigners to attest that their items are authentic and meet our condition standards (clean, free of stains, odors or damage). We inspect each piece prior to listing.

When will my item ship? Once you place your order, the consigner has 3 business days to ship it or if you’re as excited as Sara gets for a new item, arrange local pickup! This is a small community of DahlStyle clients and friends. Get to know who you bought from. You may find a connection you weren’t expecting.
If you choose to ship, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as the package is on its way.

What condition are the items? We only accept items that are in excellent, gently used condition. Vintage wear is acceptable if disclosed. Items with significant flaws, pilling or odors are not listed.

Can I meet the seller? We totally encourage connections, especially since this is a DahlStyle friends and clients only space.

For local pickup orders, we’ll connect you with the consigner to arrange a safe pickup location. Please respect their privacy and communicate only through the details provided by DahlHouse.
